A Smile Saver Membership costs $189 a year, charged at the time of enrollment and renewing every 12 months. This program can not be used or combined with any other offers, discounts, insurances or financing plans, and services must not be currently covered by any dental insurance plan, Medicaid or Husky.
A membership is paid for 1 full year. Cancellations can be requested by using our cancellation form. There are no partial refunds or credits for early termination: membership will remain active for the remainder of that subscription period.
Payment in full is required at time of service.
